In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise. This document constitutes a binding agreement between you ("Player" or "Member") and Win77 ("Platform", "We").

Words in the singular include the plural and vice versa where the context requires. Section headings are for reference only and do not affect the interpretation of the content within each section.

Access to Win77's services is open to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements. Win77 reserves the right to verify each Player's eligibility at any time and to request appropriate supporting documents.

Eligibility Requirements

• Aged 18 or above as of the date of registration.
• Is a Malaysian citizen or a legally recognised permanent resident of Malaysia.
• Hold an active Malaysian phone number for OTP verification purposes.
• Not currently serving a previously requested self-exclusion period.
• Not appearing on Win77's list of prohibited individuals due to prior breaches of these terms.
• Capable of making sound decisions and free from coercion by any party.

Registration Process

During registration, you are required to provide information that is truthful, complete, and current. Win77 may request identity verification at any time, including before processing your first withdrawal. Documents that may be required include a copy of your national identity card (MyKad), bank statement, or proof of address.

By submitting the registration form and clicking the "Register" button, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you agree to be fully bound by these Win77 Terms & Conditions.

One Account Per Individual

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) Win77 account at any time. Owning multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, different phone numbers, or through other family members — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of Win77's Terms & Conditions.

Account Security Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Win77 account password and login credentials. Win77 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login information.

• Do not share your password with anyone, including family members.
• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use on any other site.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for added account security.
• Log out of your account when using a shared device.
• Report any suspicious activity to Win77 support immediately.

Information Updates

You are responsible for keeping your Win77 account profile information up to date and accurate at all times, including your phone number, email address, and financial details. Failure to update any changes may affect Win77's ability to process your withdrawals or contact you regarding your account.

Win77 Payment Methods

Win77 accepts the following deposit and withdrawal methods exclusively for players in Malaysia:

Withdrawal Requirements

• Withdrawals can only be processed to a verified payment method registered under the same name as the Win77 account.
• Identity verification (KYC) may be required before your first withdrawal.
• Bonus funds that have not met the rollover requirements cannot be withdrawn.
• Win77 reserves the right to delay withdrawals by up to 72 hours for security checks on suspicious transactions.
• Win77 does not charge any fees for withdrawals. Any charges imposed by the bank or e-wallet provider are the Player's responsibility.

Win77 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to Members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to rollover requirements and the specific terms stated in each promotional offer. The granting of any bonus by Win77 is at Win77's sole discretion.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per Member / per household / per IP address / per device, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly. They must first satisfy the applicable rollover requirements.
• If a Member requests a withdrawal before meeting the rollover requirement, Win77 reserves the right to void the remaining bonus balance and any winnings associated with that bonus.
• Win77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus offers may not be combined unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Bonus Abuse

Win77 employs advanced detection systems to identify bonus abuse. Activities considered bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: two-way betting (arbitrage), use of bots or automated software, coordination across multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage, and betting patterns clearly intended solely to meet rollover requirements without genuine play.

All games on Win77 — including slots, live casino (baccarat, blackjack, roulette), progressive jackpots, and virtual sports — are governed by their respective game rules, which are accessible within the Win77 platform. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before participating.

Game Results

The outcomes of all Win77 games are final once recorded in the system. Win77 will not reverse legitimate game results except in cases of clear and demonstrable technical error. Any dispute regarding a game outcome must be raised within 48 hours of the incident.

Technical Disruption

In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay (including disconnection on the Player's end), Win77 will rely on system records to determine a fair outcome. Win77 is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity or device issues on the Player's end.

Win77's Sports Betting section covers football matches (Malaysia Super League, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, and over 30 other leagues), badminton, esports, and a wide range of other sports. Sports Betting also includes Win77 Virtual Sports, offering simulated matches every 3 to 5 minutes.

General Sports Betting Rules

• All bets are final once confirmed. Win77 does not accept bet cancellations after confirmation.
• Win77 reserves the right to cancel or suspend bets where odds were published in error due to a technical fault or incorrect information.
• Bets placed on matches subsequently proven to have been subject to match-fixing may be voided at Win77's sole discretion.
• In the event a match is postponed or cancelled, bets will be voided unless the match resumes within 48 hours.
• Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Odds displayed on screen are indicative only.

Live Betting (In-Play)

For live betting, a delay between real-world events and data transmission to the Win77 platform is normal. Win77 reserves the right to void live bets placed after a decisive event (such as a goal or red card) if the bet was accepted due to abnormal data delay.

Win77 Players are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where applicable.

Win77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Player's account at its sole discretion, including under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Win77 Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected or proven fraudulent activity or manipulation.
• Failure to submit identity verification documents within the specified timeframe.
• A self-exclusion request made by the Player themselves.
• A court order or directive from a lawful authority.

Balance at Termination

If an account is terminated for reasons not attributable to a Player's breach, the real-money balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the Player within a reasonable timeframe. If termination is due to a breach of terms, Win77 reserves the right to forfeit all balances, including real-money funds linked to the fraudulent activity.

To the extent permitted by law, Win77 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of the Win77 platform, including:

• Money lost as a result of legitimate game outcomes.
• Service disruptions due to scheduled or unplanned system maintenance.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to an account due to the Player's own negligence.
• Losses resulting from delays or payment failures by third-party payment service providers.
• Any damage to or loss of data on the Player's device.

Win77 reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon the updated terms being published on the Win77 platform. Win77 will endeavour to notify Players of material changes via in-platform notices or email.

Continued use of the Win77 platform following the publication of any changes constitutes the Player's acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using Win77's services and may request account termination through customer support.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable law. Any dispute arising in connection with the Win77 platform must first be addressed through Win77's internal complaints resolution procedure before any other action is taken.
